Xbox Games Guidelines
Is there an xbox360 kids only network or kids site that has a community geared for it?
My son likes to play xbox360 and I have to carefully watch who he plays with and who he becomes friends with. Foul language is a major concern.
Is there a community/forum/portal etc where kids can exchange gamer cards and just play with other kids in their age groups?
I understand that predators could use such a platform with malicious intent but if guidelines were followed it should mitigate those chances.
Side note:
I also understand many think xbox live is not for kids but based on the games, accessories, xbox live code of conduct and terms I disagree. The system is meant to be rated E.
Non kid friendly games have the appropriate ratings.
There is an active forum dedicated to Gamer Parent / Family Gaming, you will need to log on to your sons gamer-tag in order to participate

Xbox 360 dashboard slow loading times!!!?
Well, lately my xbox 360 is acting like a skank, and its really bringing my piss to a boil cuz before whenever i would watch a Preview for a game, or look on one of the inside xbox movies the loading times would be like three seconds, now whenever i try to do that stuff, it takes like four minutes, i just dont know what to do, and another thing that stops my ticker is that my connection status is all the way up, WTF!!!
your xbox may be over heating. not enough for red rings but it will slow down. try putting it in an open space turn it off no and again and turn off your router and modem.

No. All game discs are region code protected so that no work on your system in Canada. However, you can install a mod chip on his X-Box, that it is the region code free. You can then run any game from anywhere in your console.

Used Xbox Games Fable
It uses a fable hard work on my Xbox 360?
Hi I wonder if I could play an original fable disc used in my 360. The other day I was in GameCrazy and I saw the original story in a bucket of used games. Going to do, but then I remembered that the 360 can only play certain Original Xbox games. You can use an original disc Fable on my 360? By the way, I have Xbox Live for updates.
It is played at 360. If you are Live, you download a patch and then it's fast. It's a great game and I highly encourage you to do so.
