Original Xbox Games Compatible With Xbox 360

Is a Xbox 360 Slim backwards compatible with Xbox original games?
I’m gonna sell my xbox and PS2 and some of the games from xbox and all of my games from PS2, and i’m gonna buy and Xbox 360 Slim, and I wanted to know if it was backwards compatible with xbox original games, cause I might save some.
Yes though you should check the BC list first ( http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/backwardcompatibilitygameslist.htm ) to see if your games are on there. Not all are. You’ll also need the BC update from Xbox Live.

Store Xbox Games Hard Drive

If I format my 1TB external hard drive so I can save progress on xbox games, can I use it to store pc files?
I bought a 1TB Western Digital external hard drive hoping to use it for both, saving progress on xbox 360 games and to store some files (program set-ups, pics, movies, etc) from my computers hard drive to clear up some space there. I been told the only way I can save xbox game progress on there is to format it with FAT32, so if I format it, can I still save the files from my computer on it too, or can you even use one hard drive for both things? If you can’t use one hard drive for both things, would it allow more room for the xbox game files if I boought another external 1TB hard drive (and formatted it) as opposed to buying a 120 GB for the xbox?
what os are you using. if its xp i dont think so
XP can read and write to a fat32 partition larger than 32 gigs but it can only create a Fat volume up to 32 gigs in size. Quote: “Windows XP Professional formats FAT32 volumes up to 32 GB regardless of cluster size. To format volumes larger than 32 GB, you must use NTFS. However, Windows XP Professional can mount FAT32 volumes larger than 32 GB that were created by other operating systems.”

BUT THEN I FOUND THIS
Get an external hard drive with a USB 2.0 connection. You need this connection to connect the drive to the console. Most recently manufactured hard drives should have this type of USB adapter included.
Step
2Format the hard drive to read FAT32 files. Using a Windows PC, create an FAT32 partition on the drive and format the volume. You’ll need a program like Partition Magic to do this.
Step
3Load all the content you want from your PC onto the external drive. This should consist of photo files, MP3s and any other files that can be read on the Xbox hard drive.
Step
4Remove the external hard drive from your PC. Plug it into your Xbox 360 console through the USB port.
Step
5Go to the Media menu on your Xbox screen. Select “Portable Device” from the menu. All the readable files saved on the external drive should be available to read on your Xbox 360.

You have the wrong section…you might want to try something to do with TVs and video games.
