only real way of modding is flahsing the xbox (witch i highly recomend u dont) + evin if there was software it would have to run off a bootable disk witch means u could not put san andreas in

you would have to softmod, modchip, or TSOP flash the xbox in order to do any type of game mods

I use xbox360iso.com and its a great site. As for you, unfortunately you cant flash your xbox with a laptop.
